Edradour is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries and at the heart of the range, this 10-year-old Eastern Highlander is a rather unique single malt, a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. This single malt’s decade of ageing was spent in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.

Finish - Any confusion is arrested: spiced fruitcake with crème anglaise.

Established in 1825 in the hills of Pitlochry, Edradour (pronounced ‘EDD-ra-DOWer’) maintains its heritage as an almost artisanal distillery.
